we collect almost nothing. we keep it that way. in a world that turns your data into someone else's profit, we want to hand you the opposite: an antidote. we're building tools that fight the systems of power that haunt us — the ones that siphon your information to enrich themselves. grounded in least data collection and straight-up transparency, this policy spells out what we keep, what it's for, and who we share it with.
§ 1 · the short version
- we collect your email address and an optional alias when you join the waitlist. that is the entire haul.
- no analytics, no ad trackers, no profiling. we never sell or rent personal data.
- the whole waitlist is permanently purged within 30 days after the shop launches.
§ 2 · information we collect
- email address & user alias — when you sign up for the coming-soon waitlist, we collect your email address and any user-provided alias, solely to communicate updates about the launch. nothing else is required, and nothing else is asked.
- infrastructure & security logs (cloudflare) — our edge domain and routing infrastructure are hosted through cloudflare, which processes basic web telemetry (e.g. ip addresses, browser headers, and security event logs) strictly for threat mitigation, ddos protection, and edge request routing.
- transactional email delivery (resend) — resend dispatches waitlist confirmations and email updates, processing your recipient address, delivery status metrics, and standard bounce/spam diagnostics so the mail reliably reaches your inbox.
- serverless runtime (cloudflare workers) — backend endpoints run in a serverless runtime. request payloads get processed in memory and dropped when the request is done, with no lingering session logs.
§ 3 · human verification
signups pass a cloudflare turnstile human check before they are accepted. it is a functional challenge only — no advertising, no cross-site tracking, no profiling.
§ 4 · what we don't do
no analytics. no advertising. no tracking pixels. no fingerprinting. no sale or rental of personal data. we don't build a profile of you because we don't want one — we want to tell you when the shop opens. that's the whole relationship.
§ 5 · data retention & storage duration
all personal data collected specifically for the coming-soon email waitlist will be permanently purged within 30 days following the launch of the core website, except where retention is strictly mandated by applicable legal, tax, or regulatory obligations. when we purge, we purge everything — the list is a launch tool, not an asset.
§ 6 · your rights
you can ask what we hold on you, correct it, or have it erased — at any time, for any reason, no justification owed. dm @teethgirlxoxo and your waitlist entry is gone within 48 hours. erasure is permanent; your initiate number is not recoverable afterward, so don't ask us to delete you and then ask for your number back.
§ 7 · changes to this policy
material changes land on this page and the date at the top moves. changes that materially affect the waitlist are emailed to the list before they take effect. this project ships continuously — if anything here ever stops matching reality, that's a bug, and we treat it like one.
